My background spans The Advisory Board Company, HCA Healthcare, and multiple startups, with particular depth in healthcare operations.
Through Aurora Advisors, I embed quickly, get fluent in how an organization actually runs, and build the systems, processes, and alignment that create a foundation for sustainable growth.
